Ever thought what if...

What if,

God couldn't take the time to bless us today

Because we couldn't take the time to thank Him yesterday ?

God decided to stop leading us tomorrow 

because we didn't follow Him today ?

We never saw another flower bloom 

because we grumbled when God sent the rain ?

What if,

God took away the Bible tomorrow 

because we wouldn't read it today ?

What if,

God took away His message 

because we failed to listen to the messenger ?

What if,

God didn't send His only begotten son

Because He wanted us to be prepared to pay the price for sin ?

What if,

The door of the church was closed 

because we didn't open the door of our heart ?

What if,

God stopped loving and caring for us 

because we failed to love and care for others ?

What if,

God wouldn't hear us today 

because we didn't listen to Him yesterday ?

What if, 

God answered our prayers 

the way we answer His call to service ???

manipulation

The basic tool for the manipulation of reality is the manipulation of words. If you can control the meaning of words, you can control the people who must use the words.

It's so easy to manipulate an audience, but it's nearly always clear that you are being manipulated. I think even people that are not critically attuned are aware of cynical manipulation in film.

 

what is life?

This life is what you make it. No matter what, you're going to mess up sometimes, it's a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up. Girls will be your friends - they'll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The ones that stay with you through everything - they're your true best friends. Don't let go of them. Also remember, sisters make the best friends in the world. As for lovers, well, they'll come and go too. And baby, I hate to say it, most of them - actually pretty much all of them are going to break your heart, but you can't give up because if you give up, you'll never find your soulmate. You'll never find that half who makes you whole and that goes for everything. Just because you fail once, doesn't mean you're going to fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don't, then who will, sweetie? So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about.

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.

Life continues whatever happens. All we need is to be positive and be brave with all the challenges we encounter. Faith and God is still the best armor.

We can't be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, may be the very reason why you don't have something better.

how do you learn?

Some days you must learn a great deal. But you should also have days when you allow what is already in you to swell up and touch everything. If you never let that happen, then you just accumulate facts, and they begin to rattle around inside of you

Make that progress..

Realize that not all movement is progress. When stress and tension and chaos surround you, pause for a moment and relax. The best time to take a deep breath is when you don’t have time for it.

Select a specific challenge, deal with it, and then move calmly and confidently to the next. When you’re being pulled in multiple directions at once, take time to remember what you value most. Focus on what’s most important to you and you’ll naturally direct your greatest energy to the right source.

Life is filled with either problems or possibilities. What you see is what you choose to see. On the surface life can seem tumultuous and perplexing, yet deep inside, where it truly matters, life is what you make of it. Choose to see beyond the problems to the possibilities that await your attention.

The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope.

Something missing

People who are ambitious and work hard for years and still don’t reach their goals most likely did the wrong things or they did the right things but didn’t stick with it long enough. It could also be because they were missing some crucial pieces to the puzzle. You could have a great product but without a great marketing plan, not enough people are going to know your product even exists. Sometimes, it could just be that you don’t currently know the right people.

You can be a hard, dedicated worker who happens to be working for the wrong company, a company with a culture that promotes people who are in the “in crowd” for example. If you’re trying to get fit, you may be focusing too much on the exercising aspect and not enough on the nutritious food aspect. It could also be that you’re doing all the right things in the right order, but you just hate what you’re doing and therefore, are likely to end up quitting way too soon.

My Toilet made with 72,000 cuts of swarovski cut crystals!! I guarantee no matter how pressed you are, you'll take a second, third and forth look before settling carefully on it.

This isn't just a toilet, its also;

• An ornament...personal jewel that's not kept in the vault. (once it get disconnected from the pipes and floor, alarms go off!!).
• A household tour spot...you haven't seen the house if you've not had a peek at it.
• An addition to the house's definition. Forget my name, house address or country, but you wanna describe my house, just say "the house with crystal toilet!"

You thinking it must have cost me a fortune? To be honest, it didn't! Its just outrageously expensive in comparison to fellow house hold utilities.

Persistence

Persistence is a very important key to success. Keep your business foremost in your mind and be persistent in your building efforts. Above all, be positive.

Continue in diligence every day.  Over time, they will produce results.  Constantly look for places to advertise and when you find a place you have advertised that produced good results, go back there again.

Asking for Help..

There are certain traits that are essential in being successful.
One of those is having an independent nature.  We can rely on others for assistance and/or support, but when we do it too much we set ourselves up for being disappointed.  This is not saying that we shouldn't ask for help.  But if we totally depend on others to solve all our challenges, then it is like stepping back and handing over the keys to our success.  It is up to us to take the wheel and figure things out.  In doing so, we build confidence and then we can help others as well.

Be persistent in pursuing your dream.  You will have success.

Walking through life.

Stumbled on some words of Charles Kinsley, a writer, he said: “Do you feel that you have lost your way in life? Then God Himself will show you your way. Are you utterly helpless, worn-out, body and soul? Then God’s eternal love is ready and willing to help you up, and revive you. Are you wearied with doubts and terrors? Then God’s eternal light is ready to show you your way; God’s eternal peace ready to give you peace. Do you feel yourself full of sins and faults? Then take heart; for God’s unchangeable will is to take away those sins and purge you from those faults.”

God takes us through the “University of adversity”, not to crush us, but to strengthen us, and build up our spiritual muscles for the coming major assignments.

Respecting the Atm machine??

In case you didn't notice, that is a secluded Stanbic Bank ATM machine post. It’s a hilarious to find someone pull off her shoes before stepping into the ATM machine cubicle.

After some laughs, I couldn’t help wonder if it was a sign of respect for the machine…probably so it’ll dispense more money than what is in the account or the cubicle was just too clean.

Hehehe… what a wonder.

Love and Fire

One of the “great awakening” preachers once said, “If the architect of a house had one plan and the contractor had another, what conflicts would there be! How many walls would have to come down, how many doors and windows would need to be altered before the two could harmonise!” Of the building of life, God is the Architect, and man is the contractor. God has one plan, and man has another. Is it strange that there are clashes and collisions?

Today, Christians are busy erecting idols in many shapes and forms. Anything that is esteemed highly than love for God is idolatry. The twin idols of materialism and worldly pleasures are wreaking havoc in many Christian circles. The two are the “thorns of thistles” that choke the spiritual lives of many Christians today. Like their counterparts in the Old Testament, believers are exhorted to repent of every form of idol worship and syncretism before it is too late. 

He who is the God of love is also a consuming fire.
